Our refund policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or cancellation.

WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE?

If you have a major problem with any service offered by INTEGRUM MAIL or a minor problem that could not be resolved within a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel a service contract, at any time: provided with an unacceptable level of care and skill, not fit for the purpose you requested, not delivered within a reasonable time where there is no agreed completion date.

SERVICES THAT CANNOT BE CANCELLED:

You must pay for services you have received under a service contract that has performed as expected. You cannot cancel a service contract or get a refund if the problem was beyond INTEGRUM MAIL's control, or if you: changed your mind, insisted that a service be provided in a particular way, or against INTEGRUM MAIL's advice did not clearly explain your needs to INTEGRUM MAIL.

CANCEL YOUR SERVICE:

If you have a problem with a service, follow the steps below:

Show proof of purchase with a receipt or bank statement.

Contact INTEGRUM MAIL at info@integrummail.comand explain the problem.

If INTEGRUM MAIL cannot fix the service in a reasonable time, the terms of the service contract will be negotiated.

IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR THE SERVICE AND THE SERVICE HAS ALREADY BEEN INITIATED OR DELIVERED, A REFUND WILL BE NEGOTIATED TO COVER THE FAILED SERVICES AND ANY PREPAYMENT.
